WEEKLY MEETINGS
The Colchester Historical Enactment society, Meet every Wednesday in the back room of the Odd-One-Out Pub on Mersea Road in Colchester.
Anyone who is interested in becoming a member of C.H.E.S. or who would just like to meet us for a chat, is more than welcome to come along.
The Odd-One-Out pub is situated on the left hand side of the Mersea Road as you leave Colchester headed towards Mersea Island. There is usually limited parking at the Mersea Road end of Lucas Road. (NOTE: There is a one way system in operation, and Lucas Road must be entered via Fairfax Road.) There is also ample parking at Colchester Town Railway Station, off the St Botolph's Street Roundabout.
Also, the Colchester Bus Station is only a short walk from the pub.
Meetings usually start at around half past eight in the evening.
